About the role | Ko te mahi nei
You will work closely with the Growth team and support them by:
- preparing and managing member service agreements, including renewals and variations.
- coordinating with territory teams and success managers to deliver agreements and support negotiations.
- providing coordination support to the Asia Pacific team, including meeting agendas and notes, and HubSpot updates.
- managing the HealthPathways Bibliography and supporting research and evaluation activities.
- identifying and coordinating grant funding opportunities.

About you | Ko koe tēnei
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in:
- Applying systematic approaches to planning and reporting.
- Project coordination and managing multiple priorities.
- Working with contractual agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and digital skills, with attention to detail. Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
