Job Description
About the role
As the first point of contact for all of our Canadian members you will deliver outstanding support to our members, making sure new and existing HealthPathways teams get everything they need to succeed. You’re their main point of contact and the you will be required to act proactively to resolve any and all member enquires and be the link between members and our internal Streamliners teams.
We will consider between 0.5 and 1.0 whole time equivalent for the right candidate.
What you'll do
This position will focus on supporting our HealthPathways members in Canada, including:
• Working to the agreed Streamliners processes, you will lead the onboarding of new HealthPathways members in Canada, delivering a smooth and high quality start.
• Be the key communication link between Streamliners and our current and future Canadian members.
• Help members meet their programme goals so they can deliver real value to their health systems.
• Support new members to set up and run high value services that meet their needs.
• Act as an internal advocate for the Canadian programmes, championing their programmes in order to continuously improve the services we deliver
• Contribute to projects that improve our systems and processes, creating benefits for both Streamliners and our members.
Occasional international travel, and some working outside normal working hours is required to attend meetings with New Zealand and United Kingdom based colleagues.
